Data we process
This website offers no user accounts and no forms. We only process:
- Data you send us when contacting us by email, telephone or WhatsApp (name, contact details, content of your message), in order to answer your request and, where relevant, establish a business relationship. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and pre-contractual steps taken at your request. Retention: 3 years from our last exchange, unless a contract is in place.
- Technical connection data (IP address, browser, pages viewed, date and time) recorded in server logs, to keep the website secure and working properly. Legal basis: legitimate interest and legal obligations. Retention: 12 months maximum.
- Your cookie choices, described in our cookie policy.
Contact via WhatsApp
The WhatsApp link opens the messaging service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta group). Data exchanged there is also processed by this provider under its own privacy policy and may be transferred outside the European Union. If you prefer to avoid this, please contact us by email or telephone.
Recipients
Your data is intended solely for PERFUM’s teams and our technical providers (hosting, maintenance), who are bound by confidentiality. It is never sold or transferred to third parties.
Your rights
